As of 11:59pm, Tuesday 17th of August, New Zealand entered alert level 4 lockdown due to an outbreak of Covid-19.
The Wellington region, where Recollect is currently based, will be at alert level 4 for an initial period of 3 days. We’d like to reassure our customers that our staff are able to safely and effectively continue operations from home, and that there will be no impact to the performance or accessibility of the Recollect platform.
While this situation is still uncertain, it is not the first time our team has had to make these adjustments! Our previous experience meant we were prepared for this scenario, and have confidence in our ability to continue business-as-usual.

As a cloud-based business we are fortunate to be able to keep operating smoothly no matter where our people are located. This means existing customers can continue to log support requests through the Recollect online support portal.
