The PLNZ National Forum is an annual gathering of Library Sector leaders and emerging leaders throughout Aotearoa and we’re delighted to be attending with our partner NZMS.
The 2026 forum centres on the evolving role of public libraries as inclusive, community-led spaces, with key themes spanning digital transformation, equitable access to knowledge, and strengthening community connection through storytelling and local content. It reflects a broader sector shift toward participatory engagement, where libraries are not just custodians of information but facilitators of shared narratives and cultural identity.
Recollect will demonstrate how our platform supports community-driven collections, enables culturally appropriate access controls and empowers organisations to build richer, more connected digital experiences.
