Get Started – myRecollect

This subscription level is easy to set up, so you can quickly connect with your community. Simply send us your logo, choose from three homepage templates, and after a basic online training session you will be ready to start loading your digital collections into pre-set templates. Your community will have instant access and engagement with your collections.

Make it Unique – Professional

Every collection has unique information and connections, and with the Professional subscription we take this into account.  Recollect is flexible and will be configured to enhance access, discovery, and engagement of your collections. We collaborate with you through a series of Discovery workshops: Persona (defining your end-users), Data (uncovering your digital assets and metadata), and UX (targeting your user experience and site branding).

Your community

The Persona workshop identifies your community of end-users. We investigate who they are, what they are searching for, and how they research. This allows us to understand how your site will be configured to encourage access, discovery, and engagement with your collections in a way that makes sense to your end-users.

Your collections

The Data workshop explores your digital collections and the descriptive information (metadata) that accompanies them. Our data experts will work with you to create configured templates for your unique digital asset file types. We ensure the relationships between assets and metadata are highlighted and act as the connectors of your online collection for enhanced discoverability by your end-users.

Your identity

The UX (user experience) workshop ensures your site captures your unique identity and complies with your wider organisation brand guidelines. It is flexibly configured with a large selection of options: logos, colours, fonts, homepage designs and taxonomy menu structures. Your UX reflects your collections and community requirements.

Managed Admin (further configurations)

A Professional subscription is unique because we manage the complete site configuration and any further Administrator level configuration for you. You and your team will be trained up to a Site Manager level which enables you to load data into your site — but leave the admin to us.

Most Recollect customers have a desire to journey towards an Enterprise subscription, as it allows them full control over their site. The Discovery workshops and enhanced configuration are provided for complex collections at Enterprise level, but you also receive extensive Recollect training. This allows you to own and manage your site’s administration, additional configuration, and add-on modules — offering endless possibilities.

Enterprise suits customers who have extensive collections with complex metadata relationships. It also supports a range of end-users that we will discover and define for you, providing optimal site configuration. A Recollect implementation is a crucial step in configuring your site to cater to your collections and communities. Part of this extensive implementation is data transformation, metadata clean-up, and loading/ingesting your data and assets into the platform.
